Devstrat Private Limited is a New Delhi–based consultancy providing feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports, detailed engineering and design review for railways, metro and RRTS, tunnels, bridges and highways.
The firm is led by Prof. (Dr.) H. R. Yadav, whose career across Indian Railways, DMRC, RVNL and NCRTC spans the planning, design and delivery of some of India's most demanding infrastructure. Satellite monitoring, structural health monitoring and digital engineering tools extend that expertise across an asset's life.
We work for government bodies; railway, metro and RRTS corporations; highway and tunnel authorities; PSUs; and EPC developers.

Assessing how surface structures respond to underground construction — and engineering the remedy — was core to the Delhi Metro tunnel work. Devstrat brings that same discipline to every study, design and review it undertakes.
