How it is handled

Form submissions are sent by email to our team over an encrypted connection. Uploaded CVs are attached to that email and are not stored on the website server. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and applications for up to [12 months] unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Third-party services

  • Google Maps shows our location on the contact page.
  • Our email provider delivers form submissions to our mailbox.

These providers receive your IP address when their content loads and process it under their own privacy policies.
